The manufacturer Nutriom dries freshi at low temperatures without destroying the protein structure of the egg.
Compared to the freeze drying process where this structure is destroyed or the powder drying at high temperatures, where the egg is gegaart, the egg powder remains in its natural property. Nutriom speaks of the "egg crystal".
We have tested it several times and are thrilled. Compared to other egg powders, OvaEasy EggCrystals actually tastes like fresh egg.
As with every egg powder, however, the added water quantity should be taken into account. Too much water makes the taste of any egg powder suffer.
